Follow-up to #130, which built the one-handed cluster but skipped the Ctrl layer - so moving a window to the other monitor still meant reaching for hjkl, exactly the case the cluster exists to avoid.

  • Mod+Ctrl+Z/X focus a monitor, Mod+Ctrl+Shift+Z/X throw a column to one
  • Z/X already reads as left/right for columns, so it carries over to monitors unchanged

Horizontal only, matching the Ctrl+H/L binds it mirrors - Ctrl+Q/A and Ctrl+E/D stay free since hjkl has no vertical-monitor or Ctrl-workspace equivalent either.
